About The Role

As a key member of our B2B BizOps team, the Business Operations Associate will play a hands-on role in driving the day-to-day success of our distribution partnerships team—one of Viator’s fast growing revenue channels. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, analyzing performance data, and supporting commercial teams with the tools, insights, and processes they need to scale. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, build dashboards, and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and accelerate growth.

• Support the preparation of key materials (e.g., QBRs), helping consolidate and analyze data to inform team decisions and partner strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Salesforce to track KPIs and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Help identify and implement operational improvements that eliminate bottlenecks and improve team workflows.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, provide ad hoc analysis, and act as a go-to problem solver for the B2B team.
• Support the operational needs of the account management and partnerships team with tools, processes, and insights.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• ~2+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, consulting, or a data-driven role
• Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL—bonus points if you’ve worked with Salesforce
• Strong analytical mindset: you’re comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and communicating them clearly.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter attitude—you’re resourceful, organized, and ready to learn.
• A team player with great communication skills and a desire to work cross-functionally.
