About The Role
As a Business Development (Strategic Partnerships) Associate, you will drive the growth of strategic initiatives within the ride-hailing vertical. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, the ability to cultivate a strong network of potential partners, and the expertise to manage deals through their full lifecycle, including implementation.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Work alongside Partnerships, Investments, and ride-hailing leadership to identify high-value partners in the vehicle financing sector and spearhead fleet business development in the region
- Support Bolt’s strategic partnerships with OEMs to propel the growth of the ride-hailing segment.
- Act as the Project Manager for strategic partnerships, ensuring relevant reporting, alignment and collaboration across teams.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners, develop innovative fleet growth initiatives, and expand a network of vehicle rental companies, fintech solutions, and car dealerships in the ride-hailing ecosystem.
- Facilitate post-deal execution by supporting partners in scaling operations and ensuring access to Bolt’s resources and expertise.
- You have a minimum of 5 years in business development or partner management, or 3–5 years in consulting, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects or partnerships.
- You bring a strong analytical mindset, using data-driven decision-making to derive insights from complex information.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication, tailoring solutions to meet diverse partner needs.
- You apply cross-disciplinary expertise, integrating business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to navigate and execute multifaceted deals.
- You demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of engagements while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and quickly adapting to changes.
