An opportunity has arisen to join a leading provider of individual wealth management, asset management and related services to private clients, charities, trustees and professional partners. They have recently gone through a large organisational change and are in the process of transforming their business and technology processes. The organisation prides themselves on their strong culture. Your new role
A Business Analyst is urgently required to join the organisation to work in the front-office change team to work on a high-profile pricing transformation programme. The Pricing programme is a multi-year, multi- workstream initiative focusing on the consolidation of rates across the business. The programme is made up of workstreams including data analysis, client communications, internal communications and implementation. It is a multi-year programme and has at least 3 years left to run.
The Business Analyst will be required to work closely alongside a Project Manager to provide their skills to the client communications and internal communications workstreams. The Business Analyst will be required to facilitate workshops with the business to understand requirements and assist in managing relationships with key vendors undertaking the client comms from a mailing perspective. They will be required to map key process flows and ensure these are translated to Visio. The Business Analyst will also be required to produce key requirements documentation and translate requirements to the vendor where required.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will be an experienced Business Analyst with strong experience of working on business change projects, ideally with experience of working on similar client-facing projects previously. Experience of working on specific client communication projects is highly desirable, as is experience in wealth management, although general financial services will be considered.
What You'll Get In Return
£60,000 basic salary
9% pension
Life cover - 8Xsalary
Income protection - 75% salary
Discretionary bonus - up to 10%
