We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Chief Operating Office team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering change across our Insurance, Road Operations, Finance, and B2B functions. You’ll work closely with delivery leads, architects, and business stakeholders to shape solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and customer value.
Whether working solo on smaller initiatives or as part of a wider programme team, you’ll be at the heart of translating business needs into actionable requirements. What will I be doing?
- Capture and analyse business and technical requirements using a range of techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional needs.
- Translate business needs into clear documentation for development and testing teams.
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously, from BAU to strategic transformation.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to shape and validate solutions.
- Contribute to the Business Analysis Centre of Excellence, promoting best practice and innovation.
- Strong experience in business analysis, ideally across Insurance, Payments, or SAP-related projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Office.
- Solid understanding of systems design, data modelling, and IT architecture.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and driving consensus across diverse teams.
- A proactive, inclusive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
