What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll lead GMAP development, analysing systems, designing, coding, and testing solutions while keeping stakeholders and your manager informed to ensure clear understanding and sign-off.
- You’ll share knowledge in daily scrums, provide updates on monthly progress, and drive development activities.
- You’ll actively support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve data quality and efficiency, presenting your solutions to the team and stakeholders.
- You’ll be the go-to contact for stakeholders on gross margin queries, conducting detailed code investigations and data checks, explaining complex calculations clearly, and ensuring timely fixes to avoid reporting delays.
- You’ll have proven experience in the energy industry, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to quickly interpret and communicate key insights.
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn new technical skills, such as Snowflake and Alteryx, will set you up for success.
- You’ll bring a strong sense of curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Your excellent communication skills will enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate complex information into clear, concise summaries.
- You’ll adhere to development principles and processes with precision.
- In a fast-paced environment, your strong planning skills will help you prioritise tasks effectively.
