Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades.
Position:
Due to sustained period of growth, we are recruiting for a building services engineer to join our busy team working on several locations around the M25. Reporting into the FM Contract Management team and Helpdesk, the role will be to carry out assigned day to day delivery of planned, reactive and small works assigned to you on wide range of different types of properties and systems.

Position:

- Working within Health and Safety requirements at all times
- Working on commercial and domestic mechanical and electrical and plumbing installations
- Maintaining and building relationships with clients
- Carrying out planned and reactive repairs across a broad range of electrical, mechanical and fabric elements
- City & Guilds Certification
- Building Maintenance Experience
- Full UK Drivers license
- CSCS Card
- Up to date medical
- Experience in flick testing
