We’re seeking a visionary Brand and Marketing Manager to shape and elevate our brand presence across domestic and international markets. This is a unique opportunity to lead the creative and strategic direction of a brand that celebrates individuality, elegance, and exceptional guest experiences.


Your Role at a Glance

As Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand identity and marketing strategy. From crafting compelling campaigns to overseeing digital content and luxury partnerships, you’ll ensure our properties shine with consistency, creativity, and sophistication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the luxury brand identity across all properties.
  • Ensure all communications and materials align with brand standards.
  • Develop positioning strategies that reflect each hotel’s unique story.
  • Lead seasonal and evergreen campaigns across digital, print, PR, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to align marketing with key business moments.
  • Oversee creation of digital content including web, social, email, video, and photography.
  • Work with agencies on SEO, PPC, and paid social strategies.
  • Support luxury brand collaborations and influencer campaigns.
  • Liaise with PR agencies to secure coverage in top-tier publications.
  • Manage production of brochures, menus, signage, and guest literature.
  • Coordinate with designers and agencies to maintain brand consistency.


About You


Essential Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in marketing, with 2+ years in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or travel.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer expectations.
  • Proven success in multi-channel campaign management.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and brand development skills.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in CMS, CRM, email marketing tools, Adobe Creative Suite; basic HTML is a plus.


Preferred

  • Experience across multiple hotel properties or brands.
  • Familiarity with luxury travel consortia.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and abroad.
