We're looking for talented sales people within the Building Controls (BMS) industry whom can accelerate our plans for growth across the Midlands.

We've got a constant stream of enquiries and tailored development programs to equip you with the opportunities and knowledge you need to be successful.

You will

  • Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy to drive BMS project revenue across your territory.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and building owners to generate leads and identify opportunities.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, consistently delivering on monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Report on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and industry insights to support continuous improvement and strategic growth.

You have

  • Experience in B2B sales within the Building Management Systems industry.
  • A passion for sustainability and the power of intelligent building technology to shape a greener future.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to simplify technical concepts to a broad audience.
  • Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills to influence a variety of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BMS platforms such as Trend, Siemens, or Honeywell (desirable but not essential).
