Join us as an Customer Service Assistant to help us on our journey to providing quick and easy access to digital healthcare. You will play a critical role and be instrumental in the Customer Service team, and help maintain excellent patient relations throughout customer experience as we scale.
You will report directly to Bradley Rope and be part of a team of 15 people.

Join us as an Customer Service Assistant to help us on our journey to providing quick and easy access to digital healthcare. You will play a critical role and be instrumental in the Customer Service team, and help maintain excellent patient relations throughout customer experience as we scale.
You will report directly to Bradley Rope and be part of a team of 15 people.
As a Customer Service Assistant at Evaro, you will:
- Respond to patient and customer queries using Zoho Desk.
- Ensure that raised queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Handle both inbound and outbound phone correspondence via Zoho Desk and CRM.
- Deliver quick responses to patients via our live chat service.
- Be proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Use/learn to use AI and LLMs to help facilitate your workload.
- You’re a clear and empathetic communicator, both written and verbal.
- You handle customer queries efficiently across phone, chat, and email.
- You’re confident using / eager to learn Zoho Desk, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- You’re organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn new tools like AI and LLMs.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and work well both independently and in a team.
- Work in a fast-growing start-up redefining healthcare through technology and data.
