The Multi-Site Front Office Manager role is pivotal in ensuring that RBH guest service, financial, team and quality standards are consistently met and exceeded. As a key leader within the cluster team, you will play a vital role in supporting the team to support our guests and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
As a Bar Manager Your Main Duties

As a key leader within the cluster team, you will play a vital role in supporting the team to support our guests and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
As a Bar Manager Your Main Duties
- To comply with all statutory and company regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, conduct of employees, fire emergency procedures, security of premises and of property.
- To be fully conversant with Liquor Licensing Laws and Regulations and ensure that there is no contravention of these laws by bar staff.
- To assist with staff training and development and to encourage them to up sell food and beverage, and to continuously monitor and check standards of work and correct when necessary.
- To ensure that all beverage areas achieve the hotels budgeted gross profit margin
- To control all beverage menus in Hotel ensuring that all products are available and that prices are consistent and accurate in all outlets.
- To ensure that all beverage outlets follow hotel cash handling standards and you and all staff meet all the hotel audit requirements.
- To ensure that all glassware, china and bar equipment is stored and used in the correct manner.
- To carry out a monthly stock takes of all bar equipment, and place orders through Deputy General Manager to maintain a working par levels.
- To ensure correct procedures are adhered to for requisitioning transfers and other administration work involved.
- To ensure that all guests receive good and prompt service and that all beverages are served to the agreed standard.
- To ensure all Beverage outlets and Cellars are maintained with a clean and orderly appearance at all times.
- To assist in overseeing the maintenance and operation of the hotels EPOS system.
- To attend weekly Operations and F&B meetings communicating all information to staff in your department.
- To ensure that your department meets forecasted business demands.
- To complete weekly rota, timesheets and forecasts, on time passing relevant information to Personnel.
- To assess required stock levels in all areas based on current business levels and place orders with suppliers accordingly.
- To control the stock levels of all beverage items both in the cellar and in all liquor outlets
