We are currently recruiting for bank Support Workers to join our teams, supporting individuals in their own homes in both Alloa and Tullibody.
In these services, we support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns and physical health needs to live the best lives possible, by providing person-centred support tailored to their own needs.
So what does this mean for you?
You will be supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis with anything they might need support with. This can include:

- Supporting to attend community activities, events or sharing in their favourite hobbies
- Assisting people to maintain their own homes and finances
- Administering medication
- Supporting with daily tasks, which may include personal care such as assisting with showering, using the bathroom etc

We like people who are reliable and honest, so the people we support can build trust and know that you have their best interests at heart.
