An Opportunity Has Arisen For a Highly Specialist Speech And Language Therapist To Join Our Community Team In Bromley. This Is a Bank Post And We Are Keen To Recruit Candidates Who Would Appreciate The Flexibility Of Bank Working, Be Able To Staff Our Outpatient FEES Clinic And Help Us To Deliver Our Exciting Projects. This Includes

• PDUK FEES and EMST project
• Community-based FEES delivery
• Care home training model review and expansion
• Development of a centralised triage model
• FEES internal sustainability and training programme
  
  

Our Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service thrives on a culture of support and camaraderie. Operating throughout the community of Bromley, we provide our services to patients in their homes, care facilities, and outpatient clinics.

The post holder will have the opportunity to provide SLT input into our varied caseloads based on their skills, experience and interests.

Due to a huge amount of investment in technology, Bromley Healthcare is able to offer staff flexibility in their working to a level rarely seen elsewhere.

Postgraduate training and experience in dysphagia is a requirement of this post. You will have relevant experience in managing adults with acquired communication and swallowing impairments and will ideally have some experience in supervising or line managing others.
