- Location: East of England
- Compensation: £28,000 - £38,000
- Visa Sponsorship: Sponsorship available (post-probation)
- Frontline role in one of the UK's first live autonomous truck deployments
- No technical degree required - ideal for career starters or tech enthusiasts
- Comprehensive training & mentorship in AI, robotics, and smart logistics
- Support field testing and daily operations of autonomous vehicle systems.
- Assist engineers in test setup, real-time monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Document technical issues and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in shift-based schedules (4 days on, 4 days off, including nights/weekends).
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Strong teamwork skills in multicultural settings.
- Curiosity about AI/autonomous technologies and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to on-site work and shift schedules.
- Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Valid UK driving license preferred.
