Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented individual with a passion for quality assurance and testing who want to join a innovative, cutting-edge software product engineering organization. The candidate should have experience in developing Test cases/Test Plans and all SDLC methods. Build automated test scripts and execution using Selenium tool, APPIUM and Cucumber.
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyses and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyses test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a member of the Fathom 3 Technology team, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during development, testing and inspection to assess product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.

How You Can Help Us In This Role
- Ensure quality delivery of the product Requirements
- Ensure the features developed by the development team are adequately tested and automated to ensure Fathom 3 products provide the best customer experience.
- Write and execute functional tests and carry out exploratory testing when necessary
- Automate functional and regression tests using well-structured maintainable code
- Assist with the setting up and configuration of build and test environments
- Contribute to the maintenance and creation of automation frameworks
- Champion testing, effective test automation and good testing practices
- Raise descriptive and useful bug reports
- Quickly acquire new testing skills and work with new technologies with little support
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
- Experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
