The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a new Technician Team Lead within our Production team, to support all technical areas in production, ensure that all goods are manufactured to the required quality standards and to mentor & train other technical staff.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a new Technician Team Lead within our Production team, to support all technical areas in production, ensure that all goods are manufactured to the required quality standards and to mentor & train other technical staff.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure tool / process changes are completed in a timely manner
- Report & handover any process / technical issues & ensure plans are in place to see closure
- To conduct tool changes and write / modify robot programs for the injection moulding machines and routing cells
- Assess any quality/production problems & solve them where possible, ensuring all documentation is completed & stored correctly
- 5 years minimum working in an injection moulding or extrusion related discipline
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player
