We’re looking for an Associate Director of Culture, Development & Talent Management who shares our vision and values, and who can bring inspirational leadership to our team. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our people feel supported, heard, and empowered to do their best work in delivering exceptional care to the population of Tayside.

In this role, you’ll report to the Director of People & Culture and lead a team of talented professionals dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. You’ll play a key leadership role in talent development, leadership growth, organisation development, people experience and change management. You’ll also provide senior leadership to our Corporate Equalities Team as we advance our ambitious equality, diversity, and inclusion agenda, ensuring that everyone at NHS Tayside has a voice, and works in an environment free from discrimination.

As part of the People & Culture Senior Leadership Team, you’ll help shape and deliver our overall People and Culture Plan. Your expertise will be critical in advising our Chief Executive and other leaders across the Organisation on initiatives that support our people’s growth and development.

To succeed in this exciting role, you’ll need to be an accomplished and credible professional with Chartered Membership to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or another equivalent professional body. You’ll also bring significant leadership experience, with a strong track record of developing and delivering results through collaboration, working with highly specialised functions and services, as well as executive and senior leaders. You’ll have an inherent drive for results and success, ensuring that our approaches are positive, proactive and focused on supporting the delivery of Tayside’s strategic and operational priorities.
