Job Title: Neighbourhood Housing Officer
Location: Dundee - Hybrid Working
Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week - Fixed term until 31st March 2025
Days: 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £36,691 - £43,075 per annum
This is a hybrid role that will allow autonomy and flexibility with home working and office working at our office based in Dundee.

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Neighbourhood Housing Officer to add value to the Association's busy Customer Services Department. You will be responsible for managing one of our Housing Hubs within the Dundee area, whilst supporting other neighbourhoods as required. You will have had experience of working within a fast-paced social housing environment delivering housing management and frontline services to a diverse range of customers. You will be committed to achieving positive service outcomes and for delivering an excellent customer experience. If you are committed to delivering first class levels of customer service and support, are proactive as well as positive, are a true team player and have a "can do" approach, then we would like to hear from you!
A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
