What does an Associate Account Executive do?
Associate Account Executives play an essential role in supporting the delivery of medical communications projects.You will take responsibility for a range of administrative and project management tasks, this may include scheduling calls and meetings, tracking the status of projects, developing and managing timelines, liaising with other departments internally and with external suppliers. There will also be a big focus on financial management in this role, including updates to our financial system, maintaining financial trackers, developing and tracking budgets and raising client invoices. Our work is varied, and no two projects are ever the same, which makes our work exciting and fulfilling.

What qualifications do I need?
We are looking for people with a passion for medical communications. An undergraduate degree is preferred; however, we also welcome applicants with relevant and transferable experience as we provide all the necessary training. The ability to work well with numbers is important, as is the ability to work in a diverse team and fast-paced environment.Fuel isn't just for recent graduates; we have successfully recruited and developed people from a range of backgrounds, so if you’re looking for a change, we want to hear from you!
