The ASB Team have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Team Manager with primary responsibility for the OOH (Out of Hours Team) and the Street Officer Team.
This is a challenging role in a fast paced environment with the implementation of new PSPO’s and processes to improve efficiency and response.
Working closely with Cllr/MP/Police and internal departments, the ATM will be required to not only manage the team but also have responsibility for town centres, ensuring reactive patrols are completed to ensure funding stream requirements are complied with.
Excellent knowledge of ASB is essential with a requirement to be able to manage staff across varying roles with the remit to implement new ways of working.
The postholder will be expected to work an element of unsocial hours and also some weekends to work alongside their team who cover the below hours 365 days a year and do not have agile working.
Monday to Friday 0800 x 0200hrs and Saturday/Sunday 1800 x 0200hrs.
