Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estate agency
- Strong track record in property sales and valuations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ambitious attitude with leadership potential
- Estate agency qualifications (NAEA/ARLA)
- Experience in team leadership or training
- Local market knowledge
- Proven ability to exceed targets consistently
