Working alongside a high-performing Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales performance across in the Chelmsford which serves as the flagship branch within the growing network of offices.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estate agency
  • Strong track record in property sales and valuations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ambitious attitude with leadership potential

Desirable Qualifications

  • Estate agency qualifications (NAEA/ARLA)
  • Experience in team leadership or training
  • Local market knowledge
  • Proven ability to exceed targets consistently
