  • Ensure all stage and backstage areas are clean, safe, and show-ready
  • Coordinate show stop briefings, and liaise directly with artists, tour managers and promoter reps

Compliance & Safety

  • Maintain up-to-date technical specs and event files, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Carry out and support risk assessments and maintain compliance documentation (LOLER, PUWER, PAT testing)
  • Operate the venue's rigging controller and mothergrid, ensuring safe loads and proper diagnostics
  • Oversee preventative maintenance, equipment servicing and assist with upgrades or new installations

Team & Logistics Coordination

  • Book and manage crew, riggers, flymen, and technical contractors as required for each event
  • Track and communicate technical event costs for settlements
  • Help train and mentor freelance and new crew members, ensuring adherence to venue policies and best practices
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal departments, security, touring productions, and external partners

What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, video, SFX, staging, rigging systems, and power distribution
  • Experience managing Health & Safety compliance, with an IOSH qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Familiarity with technical maintenance schedules, compliance reporting, and risk management
  • Skilled in managing production budgets and show costs
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital platforms for documentation and coordination
  • Calm under pressure, collaborative, and passionate about delivering world-class live events
