As Assistant Brand Manager at TePe Oral Hygiene Products, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall brand strategy and marketing efforts under the guidance of the Brand Channel Manager. TePe is a leading provider of oral care products, focusing on delivering high-quality products to both dental professionals and consumers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing market trends, and implementing creative strategies to enhance brand awareness within the dental professional community and among consumers. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and creativity to ensure TePe's consistent positioning in the market.


Your main duties will include...

Brand Strategy Execution:

  • Supporting with the Brand Channel Manager to implement and execute brand strategies aligned with TePe's overall business objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Support Brand Channel Manager in management of the PR agency and execution of PR activities
  • Maintain BrandBank images
  • Be the key contact for Mediabank and VCS system in the UK


Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote TePe's oral care initiatives and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights for future optimization.
  • Play a key role in strengthening brand awareness and engagement with all stakeholders.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Managing the relationship with TrackSuit and YouGov
  • Support with responding to requests from Sweden
  • Analyse data (Circana) to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement in TePe's positioning within the dental industry.


Collaboration and Relationship Building:

  • Liaise with internal teams, including sales, product development, clinical and Global Marketing and Category to ensure alignment with TePe's brand strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with outside agencies including design, PR, and suppliers.


Requirements

  • At least 1 years appropriate experience, can include a placement year
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing marketing campaigns and content with our internal and external agencies
  • Degree educated or 3 good A-Levels
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Confident communicator
  • Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Hands-on / can-do mentality
  • Willingness to travel
  • Compatible with TePe Culture


Salary£20,000 - £30,000 DOE
