About the Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme is a structured journey designed to give you both breadth and depth of experience across business and restructuring & Insolvency, with opportunities to gain experience in other areas throughout the Group.
Your day-to-day role will be front and centre with fulfilling work as you help colleagues and clients achieve the very best outcomes possible.
Providing the right training is critical to us, this is why your development will be fully supported – In addition to this apprenticeship, we will provide complete support to ensure you know all the “what / where and how’s” you need to. This ensures you have all the foundations you need for a successful career.
Position Details.
Position: : Assistant Administrator Graduate Position (Restructuring and Insolvency)
Location: Glasgow/Edinburgh (1 Position)
Programme: K3 Group Graduate Programme
Length: 3 years
A career in insolvency will draw on analytical and problem solving skills to enable you to find the best solutions for all stakeholders and clients.
As mentioned, we provide a fully comprehensive training, so you just need to bring:
- Educated to Degree level.
- Minimum grade B in GCSE English and Maths
- Effective use of IT including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Be an effective communicator, on the phone, in person and in writing
- enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks and in particular in seeing tasks through to completion
- The ability to takes ownership of work tasks and quality
- Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively prioritise tasks
- Manages own workload and deadlines under supervision
- Self-motivated to continuously improve and makes time to learn
