Where will you be working?

We’re looking for a Finance professional to play a key role in supporting project and overhead financial performance. Working closely with our Management Accountant, Senior Project Accountant and key stakeholders, you’ll help ensure accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting that drives effective decision-making.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities include ensuring correct coding and processing of transactions for precise cost recording, leading credit control and cash allocation activities, and collaborating with project and FSSC teams to resolve overdue invoices. The position also entails setting up new projects in Oracle, maintaining work breakdown structures, processing overhead cost journals, overseeing Oracle time card submissions, and resolving related queries promptly. Additionally, the role supports budget owners with in-depth analysis and accurate monthly reporting, processes intercompany recharges with appropriate substantiation, recommends process improvements to meet evolving business needs, and liaises with auditors to provide financial information professionally and within deadlines.
