We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved or will be achieving a degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, business administration or a related degree – that’s it!.... no prior experience needed.
Key skills / attributes that we’d be looking for from the successful candidate are;
This is a very exciting area; master data management is crucial for developing and maintaining the uniformity and accuracy of our shared master data. It helps improve data quality, supports informed data-driven decisions, and enhances operational efficiency.
As part of Asset Data Management, we will be supporting you to develop skills in data analysis, data wrangling, data systems administration, programming languages, and IT fundamentals. You will need to work across different systems and with key stakeholders across the business to support important business decisions regarding investment, regulatory engagement and day-to-day operation.

Good to know
Your graduate scheme will primarily be based South-East Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
Recruitment process: we are running our adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, which likely take place at a location in Cardiff between February/March 2025. Further information will be provided closer to the time. We are looking for a CV and cover letter that shows off how you will make a difference and add value.
