- Teach Art across KS3 and KS4, encouraging creativity and artistic expression in all students
- Plan and deliver engaging, inspiring lessons that challenge students of all abilities
- Prepare students for their exams, ensuring that they reach their full potential
- Contribute to the vibrant extra-curricular art programme, offering clubs, exhibitions, and trips to support student development
- Work collaboratively with the department and wider school staff to ensure a positive learning environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification in Art
- Experience in teaching Art at secondary level
- A genuine passion for art and education, with a commitment to making art accessible and exciting for all students
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students, fostering a creative and inclusive classroom environment
