The Opportunity
We now have an excellent opportunity for an Area Operations Manager to cover the South-West region for our Asphalt division. Where you’ll split your time across a five manufacturing plants spanning from Cornwall to Southampton.
This region is responsible for the production of 700,000 tonnes of material supplying finished material into multi-million pound key infrastructure projects across the south of the UK. Our South-West area has seen large investment and continues to have operational projects including a relocation of one of our Plants. As the Area Operations Manager you’ll be tasked to achieve EBITDA for the region as well as ensuring we continue to maintain excellent Health & Safety across our operational areas.
With five direct Plant Manager reports and indirectly a total of 40 reports, you’ll play an instrumental part in further cultivating of an excellent work culture across the Asphalt Plants.
You’ll partner closely with Commercial Manager’s, helping to foster relationships as the link between our commercial & operational teams.
