An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Architectural Technologists and Technicians to join a dynamic architectural practice specialising in the leisure sector. The ideal candidates will have several years of post:qualification experience and, preferably, be chartered. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and experience with SketchUp would be a valuable advantage.
This role offers the chance to work on challenging and varied projects across the UK, within a supportive and collaborative working environment.
On offer is a competitive salary, a discretionary profit share bonus, 20 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days with service, professional membership fees covered, in house CPDs and a gym membership, alongside other benefits.

- Chartered (MCIAT) or several years of post:qualification experience.
- Self:motivated with the ability to deliver high:quality work within deadlines.
- Strong technical abilities, demonstrated through a detailed portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations.
- Capability to provide design proposals, technical specifications, and professional expertise.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
- Living locally to Kenilworth or within a commutable distance.
