Now, as we go through an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role


As a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will organise quality assurance activities for the training providers that we work with.


Working across regulated qualifications and our integrated training and assessment technical awards, you will work to ensure providers across our network comply with our quality standards. You will also organise monitoring of Assessors to ensure they work in line with our quality assurance strategy,


You will organise quality checks, co-ordinate validation activities, process reports, support standardisation sessions, and monitor the performance of Assessors and External Quality Assessors (EQAs).


About You


To be considered as a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will need:


- Experience processing information, analysing data and producing reports suitable for the audience

- Experience operating quality assurance systems and processes

- Experience reporting data and identifying errors

- An understanding of the ISO processes related to quality assurance

- The ability to convey simple numerical information tailored suitably to different audiences

- The ability to maintain quality systems processes and maintain document audit trails

- Good knowledge of MS packages (Word/Excel)

- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
