The Architectural Technician will provide technical advice to both internal and external customers regarding Siniat's products as well as answer all customer specification enquiries.

What You’ll Do

  • Compile project packs of technical specifications and provide the information to customers.
  • Liaise with the Architectural Specification Managers (ASM) to develop customer relationships.
  • Monitor the website and email to answer all technical enquiries and manage all risk in relation to delivery of information to customers.
  • Update technical literature and create technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Provide support and guidance for the Technical Advisors on the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Educated to a Degree, HNC/HND or City & Guilds in a Construction, Science, Technical, Building, Architectural or other related field, or a person who can demonstrate work experience in a relevant trade.
  • A clear communicator with an ability to translate complex technical issues into straightforward language.
  • Self-directed with strong problem solving ability and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience within a customer service role or administrative role in an office environment.
  • Proficiency using CAD and Microsoft Office.
