You Will Also Be
- Produce and manage, with guidance, the working drawings for house types and/or adapting standard house type working drawing in accordance with agreed planning drawings.
- Liaising with the regional offices regarding any queries relating to the planning drawings and working drawing requests.
- Handling site queries when they arise.
- Liaising with structural engineers and other third party consultants relating to working drawing matters.
- Previous experience in a housebuilder’s design and technical department
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade 4 or above including maths and English
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Computer / IT literate with capability to use excel, Word and database packages
- Ability to use AutoCAD
