What You Will Enjoy Doing

• In this role, you will own, create and develop market sector road maps, providing a realistic and achievable strategic view of opportunities and activities for a 2–5 year horizon
• You will create and manage a pipeline to support applications growth across UK and Ireland, through alignment with internal stakeholders, influencing Linde Technology
• As the subject matter and sector expert, identify and explore new opportunites and create business cases to support business retention and strategic growth
• In addition, you will manage the Food Technology Centre at our site in Thame, ensuring continuous development to showcase best practices and the range of technologies
• Take ownership of and support the delivery of annual new business growth targets through direct involvement and collaboration with the Bulk & On Sites Application Sales team
• You will act as aa catalyst and owner for ideation, filtering ideas and concepts to ensure focus on opportunities that will deliver the greatest impact and return
• Provide sector and application specific training and coaching to colleagues and customers
• You will develop a rich network of external sources of knowledge and support through proactive engagement at events and conferences
• Act as a recognised technical authority internally and provide representation where required at committees
  
  

What Makes You Great

• You have a degree qualification in an engineering discipline
• Significant experience in industry, technology & applications
• You have market segment experience
• Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior levels of an organisation
