  • Troubleshoot API connections, reviewing payloads, authentication, and performance to maintain stability.
  • Protect data integrity across systems and take action to address discrepancies or recurring issues.
  • Support structured testing, release, and change activities to ensure smooth transitions into production.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying process gaps and recommending smarter ways of working.

Key skills and attributes we are looking for in our Application Support Analyst:

  • Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Mulesoft or similar.
  • The ability to technically manage APIs, including reviewing payloads, headers, authentication, and monitoring data flow and performance.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for ticket, sprint, or release management.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and composure.
  • Clear communicator who can convey technical information in plain English.
  • Dependable, thorough, and motivated by service excellence.
  • Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in understanding how systems work and how they can work better.
