What You’ll Do
- Lead with passion by inspiring, coaching, and growing a team of engineers and administrators to deliver outstanding service every day.
- Be the link by building trusted relationships with our clients, end users, and partners, becoming the go-to person for collaboration and problem-solving.
- Drive excellence by ensuring services are delivered at the highest standard – with compliance, safety, and client satisfaction always front of mind.
- Shape the future of the account by identifying opportunities to improve, innovate, and expand services – and turn them into action.
- Guide and support our team by hiring and training, to recognition and development, you’ll set the tone for a motivated, engaged, and successful team.
- Make an impact by managing the site operations with clarity and accountability, making sure KPIs are met and our service truly adds value to the client.
- Manage scope effectively by ensuring that all activities carried out on site are aligned to the MSA and SOWs, and that any scope creep is escalated to customer and account leadership
- Communicate with influence by preparing and delivering presentations to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders on service performance, KPIs, and operational initiatives.
- A people leader who gets the best from others through energy, coaching, and engagement.
- Someone with passion for people and process you’ll enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and seeing result.
- Relationship champion with excellent communication skills – you connect easily with clients, vendors, and team members alike.
- Drive and resilience to take ownership, meet challenges head-on, and deliver results.
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory or regulated environment, with knowledge of Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
- Background in planning or engineering that helps bring structure and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget management and financial accountability.
- Understanding of compliance, safety standards, or audit practices.
- Ability to communicate with impact – confident presenter with strong written and verbal skills, plus solid MS Office knowledge.
- Track record of building trusted client partnerships and guiding vendor relationships to success.
- Play a key leadership role with visibility and impact.
- Build lasting relationships with both clients and your own team.
