About The Role

Based in London, the Analyst, Market Planning, Feasibility & Analytics supports Four Seasons’ global residential business by analyzing developer sales, managing financial models, and conducting strategic market research. The role is essential in informing business development decisions and supporting key internal and external stakeholders through detailed analytics and reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Process developer sales reports and maintain Residential License Fee models based on monthly data and Sales and Marketing License Agreements (SMLAs)
  • Collect and verify transactional documents such as SPAs, title deeds, and handover schedules to support license fee invoicing
  • Maintain Deal Summary Documents capturing key terms from deal inception through lifecycle
  • Update and manage data in Four Seasons' global residential analytics platform, including competitor and market benchmarking
  • Assist in the preparation of residential portfolio forecasting and budgeting
  • Support the creation of in-depth case studies and market reports to understand buyer behaviour and sales trends
  • Collaborate with global and regional development teams during the deal pursuit phase by providing market and project-specific analysis
  • Assist with special projects and new business initiatives that enhance the residential platform
  • Liaise with title agents, developers, consultants, and internal departments including Finance, Legal, Design, and Sales

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Hospitality/Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a real estate or data analyst, preferably with financial modelling and database management exposure
  • Experience in real estate, consulting, or development environments, ideally with a focus on residential or mixed-use projects
  • Proficiency in Excel and database tools; strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Schedule & Hours

  • Full-time position with typical weekday office hours; limited travel (1–2 weeks per year) as required
