Job Description
As an Agility Lead within our Agile Development Team, you will lead and manage Scrum and Kanban teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills, resources, and support to successfully implement agile methodologies. You will provide guidance and coaching on best practices for agile development, continuous improvement, and team collaboration, while inspiring teams to adopt and inspect agile practices. You will identify areas for process improvement, develop metrics to measure team performance, and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure continuous learning and improvement.

As an Agility Lead within our Agile Development Team, you will lead and manage Scrum and Kanban teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills, resources, and support to successfully implement agile methodologies. You will provide guidance and coaching on best practices for agile development, continuous improvement, and team collaboration, while inspiring teams to adopt and inspect agile practices. You will identify areas for process improvement, develop metrics to measure team performance, and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Leads and manages a Scrum and/or Kanban team, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills, resources, and support to successfully implement agile methodologies across their respective teams
- Provides guidance and coaching to teams on best practices for agile development, continuous improvement, and team collaboration
- Guides the team(s) to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
- Inspires teams with the ability to adopt and inspect by being a detail-oriented leader
- Identifies areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Develops and maintains metrics to measure team performance and progress towards goals and uses this information to identify areas for improvement
- Stays up to date with industry trends and developments in agile methodologies and shares this knowledge with the team to ensure continuous learning and improvement
- Eager to learn Cyber security space to better support our teams
- Experience in Agile development, with a track record of success in leading and managing agile teams
- Proven leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Good analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and a deep understanding of their principles and practices
- Practices continuous improvement and a commitment to fostering a culture of learning and innovation
