About the Role:
The Advertising Manager at Zellis will lead digital marketing initiatives within the Brand and Product Marketing team, focusing on multi-channel advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry networks) to drive pipeline growth.
This hybrid role, based in Watford or Peterborough, requires close collaboration with brand and event marketing teams to optimize ad performance and align with broader marketing efforts. You will also analyse campaign data to drive ROI, manage budgets, and report on key metrics like MQL generation and customer acquisition costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic platforms).
- Work with content and product teams to create compelling ad creative that generates qualified leads and drives pipeline growth.
- Implement tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI across the customer journey.
- Analyse campaign performance, reporting on metrics like CPL, MQL conversion, pipeline influence, and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends and lead A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms, media partners, and agencies, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
