We're looking for a Projects Team Administrator to join our Kier Places team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 40 hours per week – 08:00 – 17:00

As a Projects Team Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering efficient and compliant project administration and documentation.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Projects Team Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering efficient and compliant project administration and documentation.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Managing project document control and ensuring compliance with Kier Group Standards
- Liaising with Project Managers and Sub-Contractors to chase missing or incorrect documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project trackers
- Supporting Health & Safety and Environmental teams with compliance documentation
- Providing general support across the Project Support Team as needed
This role of Projects Team Administrator is great for you if:
- You have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- You are IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office/365/SharePoint and document management systems like 4Projects or Viewpoint
- You have experience in administration within a project or facilities environment and can work independently and as part of a team
- You are flexible with travel and able to achieve SC Clearance
