Summary
Due to recent long term framework awards, Freedom are looking for a project planning administrator to support a wide range of key duties to ensure that our clients’ needs are met with the same excellent service as we expand. The works will all be to support our local clients with the upgrade of high voltages assets across the North West.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Project Manager, supporting them with daily duties.

Summary

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Project Manager, supporting them with daily duties.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
- Raising purchase orders
- Leasing with suppliers and contractors
- Leasing with neighbours and businesses affected by our works
- Producing customer notification letters
- Ensuring correct allocation of internal staff and subcontractors
- Printing, copying and scanning and filing documentation.
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good organisational skills
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc
