The Role:

The Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the Admin & Compliance team. Responsibilities include:


  • Be the face of the office, ensuring all external visitors are greeted professionally
  • Front of house reception duties – answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Office management tasks such as purchasing, dealing with suppliers and ensuring the office is clean and fully stocked at all times
  • Assist Accountant with general tasks including chasing customers for outstanding money
  • Assist the Administration Manager with compliance of the company’s ISO9001 & ISO27001 accreditations


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
