Responsibilities
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Charity's services, enabling the team to operate effectively and efficiently. The Administrator will work with the Chief Officer and Finance Assistant. You will be expected to work to high standards, showing attention to detail, responding promptly to enquiries and providing clear communication to team members. Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will be expected to work to high standards, showing attention to detail, responding promptly to enquiries and providing clear communication to team members. Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be a point of contact and deal professionally and sensitively with a variety of individuals including service users, referring agencies, supporters, and colleagues.
- Provide general administrative support across the organisation including, minute taking, filing, receiving and distributing post
- Manage our room bookings and administration requirements for external catering contracts including invoicing.
- Publicise events and services through electronic mail outs
- Data entry onto databases including accounts related
- Collate feedback form
- Draft, type and dispatch correspondence as requested
- Provide photocopying, filing and general administration duties
- Carry out any other tasks as discussed and agreed with line manager
- Attend occasional events and exhibitions as requested.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied and busy workload, managing competing demands with good attention to detail
- Experience of preparing and using a variety of communication methods
- Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative
- Team Player who works flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation
- Occasional availability out of office hours to attend meetings / events
- Prioritise and manage a busy workload
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- IT literacy (Outlook, Microsoft Office, internet and databases)
- Works collaboratively with others for the good of the organisation and builds a network of good working relationships
- Excellent administration skills and highly organised
- Prior experience of office work
