About Us
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our centralised admin team supporting Property and Compliance functions. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to compliance processes, including managing no access cases and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team in relation to property management functions.
- Manage and monitor no access cases, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and update compliance records and databases with precision.
- Coordinate communications between compliance teams, property managers, and tenants.
- Assist with scheduling inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support compliance monitoring and audits.
- Handle incoming enquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement of admin processes within the compliance team.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to workload management.
Additional Information
37 hours per week
