Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to join a supportive and busy team?

We're currently seeking an Administrator / Customer Service Support Officer to join our client based in Crawley on an ongoing temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Update and maintain internal databases and systems accurately.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation as required.
  • Schedule meetings, manage shared inboxes, and coordinate diaries where necessary.
  • Support internal departments with ad hoc administrative and project tasks.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and distribute to relevant team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service-based role.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A team player with a proactive and professional approach.
