Due to continued growth of the Paralloy Group we are an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Firth Vickers Drilling division.
Reporting to the Plant Manager you will be assisting across a range of departmental activities including but not limited to
- To work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Reception/ Main switchboard
- Sales order entry and Job card pack creation
- Final Document pack and invoice creation – submitting to customer and organising document retention on server.
- Providing Customer updates
- Producing sales quotations to customers
- Raising of Purchase orders through Fusion
- Daily Time Sheet input ( Production bookings in to Emax.) Running Emax Efficiency report.
- Site inductions for contractors
- Holiday calendar and filing of holiday request forms
- Organising training matrix certificates – competency forms , training sheets
- General admin duties
