About The Role

Due to continued growth of the Paralloy Group we are an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Firth Vickers Drilling division.

Reporting to the Plant Manager you will be assisting across a range of departmental activities including but not limited to

  • To work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Reception/ Main switchboard
  • Sales order entry and Job card pack creation
  • Final Document pack and invoice creation – submitting to customer and organising document retention on server.
  • Providing Customer updates
  • Producing sales quotations to customers
  • Raising of Purchase orders through Fusion
  • Daily Time Sheet input ( Production bookings in to Emax.) Running Emax Efficiency report.
  • Site inductions for contractors
  • Holiday calendar and filing of holiday request forms
  • Organising training matrix certificates – competency forms , training sheets
  • General admin duties

You will need a strong understanding of Microsoft Packages including Excel, you will need to be organises with good time management..
