This is the job

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant – B2B, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our business customers.

You’ll manage sales invoices and credit notes in SAP, reconcile large volumes of data, and keep customer accounts running smoothly

What will I be doing?

  • Creating and updating invoices and credit notes with accuracy
  • Reconciling job data and managing Excel reports
  • Amending sales orders to include additional charges
  • Generating PDF invoices and uploading them to customer portals
  • Producing custom reports to meet client expectations
  • Handling queries and supporting both internal and external teams
  • Chasing outstanding payments and keeping ledgers up to date
  • Working to tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail

What do I need?

  • A solid understanding of the Data Protection Act
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to multi-task and remain accurate under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail – accuracy is essential
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • The ability to work flexibly as part of a team, whether remotely via Teams or in a busy office environment
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the confidence to take initiative and work independently
  • A strong customer focus, always aiming to meet and exceed expectations
  • A willingness to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service
  • Flexibility to adapt within a dynamic working environment
