Where will you be working?

At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

This is a 12 months fixed-term role. It offering hybrid working on a 24 hour week, split over 4 days a week, 6 hours a day.

What will you be doing?

You'll be loading Supplier Invoices in CPA.

Matching Supplier Invoices in CPA to the delivery note and purchase order.

We'll ask you to deal with invoice queries with the suppliers and the depot administrators.

You'll also manage the reconciliation of supplier Statements.

What You’ll Bring

• Computer Literate with experience using Microsoft 365, and intermediate Excel skills
• Previous experience in an accounts payable department
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Repetitive work type experience
