Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced individual who is qualified/part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA to assist with the provision of year end and interim accounts and service charge reporting requirements for residential and mixed use Build To Rent and Block Management investment portfolios for a variety of Savills clients.

The Savills Client Accounts department is an established and busy team that provide a comprehensive service, incorporating all aspects of bookkeeping and financial reporting, to a wide variety of clients. Maintaining client accounts and providing the highest level of service to clients is our core aim, but we also believe that work should be enjoyable and fulfilling. Through strong work ethics, excellent teamwork and forging strong professional relationships, the Client Accounts team is a vital support of other professional and management services provided by Savills across the residential, rural and mixed-use commercial property sectors.

We are looking for an experienced individual who is qualified/part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA to assist with the provision of year end and interim accounts and service charge reporting requirements for residential and mixed use Build To Rent and Block Management investment portfolios for a variety of Savills clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Formal Accounts Production for year end and periodic reporting
- Financial Reporting - assisting Surveyors with the preparation and review of budgets
- Liaising with Savills’ Property Managers / staff and clients to meet varying requirements.
- Preparing Year End Reconciliations
- Interpretation and reconciliation of new client data at the point of handover
- In addition to the tasks described above, you may be expected to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time
- Attention to detail and highly numerate
- Logical approach to problem solving and ability to view bigger picture implications
- An ability to manage multiple client workload to meet various deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Service Charge Accounting awareness is a benefit
- IT proficient, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks. Access database also in daily use.
- Enthusiasm to provide the highest quality service to clients at all times
- Willingness to work as part of a team and ability to offer guidance / training to more junior members of staff
- Experience in Practice useful.
