We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Client Development team at BHN, focusing on telco clients. In this role, you will manage relationships, conduct meetings, and oversee technology and incentive programs. You'll coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are delivered successfully. This position offers the chance to engage in exciting projects, contribute to client growth, and support our business through various initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective account strategies for retention and growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities, cross-sell, and prepare new business proposals.
- Lead regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyse program data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and the business.
- Ensure high standards of delivery, resolve client service concerns, and manage financial aspects of programs.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement efficiencies, new processes, and innovations.
What We’re Looking For
- Account management experience with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisation, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High commercial and financial acumen, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure while managing stakeholders.
