Role Description
Clinisys is looking for an experienced Account Manager responsible for development and achievement of sales in the existing client base in one of four territories covering UK and Ireland. The Account Manager will utilise their healthcare and laboratory network to continually develop, adapt and strengthen the relationship and engagement with customers.
This role will support the North West of England and Ireland region so we would be looking for an Account Manager who is based in that part of the country.

Role Description
Clinisys is looking for an experienced Account Manager responsible for development and achievement of sales in the existing client base in one of four territories covering UK and Ireland. The Account Manager will utilise their healthcare and laboratory network to continually develop, adapt and strengthen the relationship and engagement with customers.
This role will support the North West of England and Ireland region so we would be looking for an Account Manager who is based in that part of the country.
Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the territory Account Director and Territory Internal Account Manager
- Focus on growing and developing existing client relationships and increasing customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain a call plan that enables the role holder to maintain a high level of account management through direct/virtual contact with the customer base.
- Performance of annual customer reviews in line with business support processes
- Production of weekly and periodical management reports and sales forecasting / pipeline against business plan for Account Director.
- Manage the development and approval of all commercial proposals with all internal customers to ensure all areas of the proposal meets the needs of the customer and is acceptable and deliverable by all internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate proposals with customers under the guidance of the Account Director and / or Client Services Director.
- Production of quotations and order acceptance in line with group ISO processes.
- Production of sales handover documentation and attend all relevant sales handover meetings in line with ISO processes.
- Liaise with / assist the Account Director, Client Services Director, Sales Director, and Business Development Directors where required.
- Assist in demonstrations, exhibitions, user groups and visits by prospects to clients’ sites.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the procurement sales process.
- Assist in the Sales and Marketing of all Clinisys products and services.
- Facilitate quality activities for the Business Support department.
- Support the development of internal systems.
- Maintain and update current business support processes.
- Travelling and overnight stays as appropriate both overseas and within the UK will be required.
- Experience in Clinisys LIMS and ICE products and knowledge of clinical laboratory processes/ background in Biomedical Science
- Experience selling enterprise healthcare software.
- Proven experience selling complex, high-value solutions, and proven sales ability, including exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Act as a business leader, researching opportunities, exploring possibilities, passionate about finding the right solution for their client and bringing projects/deals to fruition.
- Extremely customer focused with ability to establish and maintain excellent commercial and personal relationships.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities appropriately and make timely decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
