Equans is looking for an Account Director to join the team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The Account Director will be the leader of the account team, ensuring we deliver the required contract standards, with an engaged and focused team, developing strong professional relationships with both client and internal stakeholders, and achieving financial and SHEQ targets.
The role will have a significant impact on operation of a variety of public facing buildings, with an emphasis on high standards to enhance the EQUANS brand.
This role is responsible for ensuring the performance within the Equans contract covering various services such as M&E, building fabric, projects together with P&L responsibility for the contract, life cycle, continuous improvement, revenue growth together with the day to day management of people, processes, Quality and Health and Safety.

What will you deliver?
- Ensure high quality service delivery across the range of services provided by EQUANS by applying professional expertise and management control
- Ensure financial performance is achieved on the contract to meet agreed targets for turnover, profit and cash collection
- Ensure a sound commercial understanding of the contractual deliverables across the contract and provide leadership to the site team
- Work with the senior management team and Client to develop and agree strategies that meet the service provision demands, in line with the client contracts and EQUANS objectives. To review and continuously improve these to meet changing requirements
- Promoting/fostering a culture of continuous improvement whereby improvements to service delivery and commercial value are identified and implemented
- Ensure effective working relationships with internal and external customers to maximise operational excellence and growth opportunity
- Ensure development of direct reports, and wider team, using regular reviews and training
- Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe environment for all employees, the client and patients
